These Terms govern access to and use of Stormcoast oil painting courses, critiques, downloads, and related services. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Use of Content
- Course materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial study only and may not be redistributed, sold, or shared.
- Any reference photos, brushes, or templates supplied remain the property of their respective owners.
- Live critique sessions may be recorded for educational use and quality assurance.
- Derivative works created through the coursework should credit the course where reasonably practical.
Accounts & Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old or have verifiable parental consent.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or security risks.
Payments & Access
- Access is granted per course or subscription as stated at checkout.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be shown at checkout when applicable.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; cancel any time to avoid future charges.
- We may update pricing; changes apply to new purchases or renewals with prior notice.
Refunds
- Refunds are evaluated case by case based on delivered content and progress.
- Downloaded materials or fully consumed sessions may be non-refundable.
- Where required by law, additional consumer rights may apply.
Conduct
- Maintain constructive, respectful communication in critiques and community spaces.
- Submit your own work for feedback and disclose any collaborations.
- No harassment, hate speech, spam, or unauthorized advertising.
Intellectual Property
- All course content, recordings, and site assets are protected by copyright and other rights.
- You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal study.
- Do not remove attributions, watermarks, or proprietary notices.
Acceptable Use
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or circumventing technical protections.
- No uploading malicious code or content infringing third-party rights.
- No use of materials to train AI models without explicit written permission.
Availability & Changes
- We may modify, pause, or discontinue features to improve quality or comply with law.
- Downtime may occur for maintenance; we aim to minimize disruptions.

- Our aggregate liability for claims related to the services is limited to fees paid in the last 6 months.
